How to Find Your License Key
There are 3 ways to find your Akrivi license key. You can only retrieve it if:
- You completed checkout
- You entered your email address correctly at checkout
Method 1: Check your email (Recommended)
After checkout, you will receive 2 emails:
- “Here’s your Akrivi Studio license key”
- “Your Akrivi Studio trial is live — let’s get you set up”
Your license key is included in these emails.
If you haven’t received these within 30 minutes, it’s likely the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Read this guide here
Method 2: Log in to your account
Your account is managed by our payment provider, FastSpring.
Log in using the email address you used at checkout to access your order.

Important:
- You must use the exact email address entered at checkout
- Some accounts will display the license key directly, but not all
If you're stuck in a sign in loop, or purchased between November 1st, 2023 and July 12th, 2024, you may be a customer of our previous Fastspring store. Try logging in again here: https://gridit.onfastspring.com/account
Method 3: Contact us
If you’re unable to find your license key using the methods above, contact us and we’ll help you locate it.
Please include the following to speed things up:
- Full name
- Email address(es) you may have used
- Date of purchase
