Learn how to access and manage your account, enabling you to make changes to your details or subscription.


Step 1: Login In to your account

You can login to your account here:  https://akrivi.onfastspring.com/account

If you purchased between November 1st, 2023 and July 12th, 2024, you may be a customer of our previous Fastspring store. Try logging in again here: https://gridit.onfastspring.com/account


Step 2: Make changes to your account

Once you have successfully signed in, you can click the desired tab to make relevant changes.


Only old accounts are able to view license keys within their portal. If you still cannot find your license key, please contact us.
