I didn't receive my license key

Here's what to do if you haven’t received your license/ product key after Akrivi checkout.


Step 1: Check Your Email

License keys are sent automatically after purchase. It may take up to 10 minutes to arrive. The email will come from Akrivi, so be sure to check:

  • ✅ Your inbox
  • 📂 Junk or spam folders
  • 🗂️ Promotions or Updates tabs (especially in Gmail)

Step 2: Check Other Email Addresses

It’s possible you used a different email during checkout — like a business vs personal address.

Please check all your email accounts just in case.


Step 3: Contact Support

If you still can’t find it, it’s very likely there was a typo in your email address.

We’ll need to look into this manually and resolve it for you.


Email us here and we’ll verify your order and resend your license key.
