Didn’t receive or can’t find your license key
If you can’t find your license key after checkout, follow the steps below. In most cases, it’s resolved quickly.
Step 1: Check your email carefully
After checkout, you’ll receive up to 4 emails in total.
Your license key is included in two of them, with the subjects:
- Your Akrivi Studio License Key
- Your Akrivi Studio trial is live — let’s get you set up
Emails are sent immediately after purchase, but delivery can take up to 10 minutes.
Please check:
- Your inbox
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions / Updates tabs (especially in Gmail)
Step 2: Check other email addresses
It’s common to accidentally use a different email at checkout (for example, personal vs work).
Please check all email addresses you may have used.
Once you find your license key, we recommend saving that email for future reference. You’ll need it to activate the tools, reinstall them, or access updates later.
Step 3: Contact support
If you still can’t find your license key, it’s likely there was a typo in the email address during checkout.
