Cancelling your subscription

Learn how to cancel your subscription, request a refund, and manage your billing period through your Fastspring account.

Step 1: Log in to your account:

  If you purchased between November 1st, 2023 and July 12th, 2024, you may be a customer of our previous Fastspring store.

If you’re having trouble accessing your subscription, try logging in again here:

Step 2: Click 'Manage' button

Step 3: Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Step 4: Complete the survey to confirm

What happens next?

You will continue to have access subscription until the end of your billing period.

Changed Your Mind?

If you cancel and later decide to continue using the product, you can un-cancel your subscription by logging back into your account and reactivating it.

This will only work if you are still within your billing period.
