Requesting a Refund

Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with Akrivi Studio. Please read this policy carefully so you understand exactly how refunds are handled.

Akrivi maintains a strict refund policy because we provide a free trial to evaluate the software, and it is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel before renewal; to remain fair, we apply this policy consistently to all customers.


All Akrivi Studio subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. We strongly encourage you to fully test the tools immediately after checkout to ensure they meet your workflow needs.


The trial begins at the exact time of registration and lasts 72 hours. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

Some trial periods may convert between 60–72 hours due to technical license clock regions. This timing is system-controlled and not manually adjustable, which is why we strongly encourage users to access and test the tools immediately after checkout.


We send reminder emails during the trial, including a notification 24 hours before it ends.


Because Akrivi provides immediate access to all tools, it is your responsibility to evaluate the product and cancel before the trial concludes if you decide not to continue.

A refund is only considered for verified technical issues reported within the 3 day trial period.


Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds by default.


A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • A verified technical issue prevented you from accessing or using the software
  • The issue was reported to us during the 3-day trial period
  • Our team was unable to resolve the issue before the trial ended
  • You provide sufficient information to verify the issue

If a technical issue is not reported during the trial period, a refund will not be granted after the subscription converts.


Refunds Are Not Issued For

  • Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends
  • Not activating the software
  • Limited or partial use
  • Change of mind
  • The product not fitting your workflow
  • Financial reasons
  • Misunderstanding of trial timing

How to Request a Review

If you believe you qualify under the technical issue criteria above, please contact us using the support chat and provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots if possible.


Each request is reviewed individually according to the policy outlined above.
