Checkout blocked — request email whitelisting
If your checkout is blocked, you may see a message saying your purchase couldn’t be completed:
We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.
This usually happens when FastSpring’s automated risk system flags a transaction. It does not mean there’s an issue with your card or account.
To continue, you’ll need to ask FastSpring to whitelist your email address so the checkout can proceed.
Step 1: Contact Fastspring
You will need to send an email to:
support@fastspring.com
Subject: Whitelist Email - Akrivi Store
You can copy and paste this exact message:
Hello FastSpring,
I’m trying to complete a checkout at the Akrivi Store, but my purchase was blocked.
Please can you whitelist my email address so I can proceed with the checkout. I have authorisation from Akrivi.
Many thanks.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation
FastSpring will reply once your email address has been whitelisted.
This should typically take 1 - 5 business days.
Step 3: Re-attempt checkout
After that, you’ll be able to return to the checkout and complete your purchase normally.
