Understanding your 3-day free trial (billing & charges)
This guide explains how your Akrivi Studio trial works — including when you’ll be charged, how to cancel, and what to expect.
⏱ When your trial starts
Your 3-day free trial starts immediately after checkout.
👉 This means your trial time begins right away — not when you first use the product.
💳 When you’ll be charged
You’ll be charged automatically at the end of your 3-day trial if you don’t cancel.
👉 After this, your subscription continues on a yearly plan.
⚠️ Why you may feel “charged early”
Some users think they were charged early, but this usually happens because:
- Some trial periods may convert between 60–72 hours due to technical license clock regions.
- This timing is based on regional timezones and not manually adjustable
👉 To get the full value, we recommend starting your setup immediately after checkout.
❌ How to cancel your trial
You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends.
Once cancelled:
- You won’t be charged
- Your access will continue until the end of the trial
💸 Refunds
If you were charged after your trial ended:
- This means the trial was not cancelled in time
- Refunds are handled according to our terms
- A refund is only considered for verified technical issues reported within the 3 day trial period.
