License activation failed (Error 1:1)
You may see the following message when activating your license:
TurboActivate error:
“Something failed! TurboActivate helper process was killed before a response could be received. Exit code: 1:1”
This is a license key issue on our backend and is commonly related to activation limits or a previous activation that wasn’t released correctly.
How to resolve this
Option 1: Deactivate on other machines
If you’ve previously installed the tools on another computer, please deactivate the license there first.

Once deactivated, return and activate the license again on your desired machine.
Option 2: Contact us
If you’re unable to deactivate the license, or the issue persists, please contact us and we’ll resolve this immediately on our end.
Important to know
- This is not an issue with the plugin or your system
- Reinstalling alone will not fix this
- We can resolve this quickly once notified
