How to upgrade to Akrivi Studio

If you’re an existing subscriber and want access to Presenta and Guideit, you’ll need to upgrade to Akrivi Studio.

We now offer one plan only — Akrivi Studio — which includes the full toolkit: Gridit, Presenta, and Guideit, plus all future tools.

The upgrade process depends on which store your current subscription is from.

Step 1: Identify your subscription type

You fall into one of two groups:

Old Gridit store customer

You purchased a Gridit-only subscription between November 1, 2023 and July 12, 2025.
New Akrivi store customer

You have a Gridit subscription purchased from the current Akrivi store.

After purchasing, email us letting us know you transferred stores. Include the email address used for both subscriptions. If applicable, we will apply any credit left over of unused months.

If you have remaining time on your old subscription, we’ll apply any available credit.

Email us with the subject UPGRADE and include the email address linked to your account.
We’ll upgrade your account to Akrivi Studio and send you new onboarding emails.
Your existing license key will be revoked and replaced.

You’ll be charged only the difference between your current plan and Akrivi Studio, with any remaining time credited.
