How to Update Akrivi Tools

Learn how to update your Akrivi plugins to the latest versions.

If you have an active subscription, you can download the newest versions anytime by signing in to your account.

Your account is managed by FastSpring (our payment provider).

Step 1: Sign In Fastsprings

Note:

If you purchased between November 1st, 2023 and July 12th, 2024, you may be a customer of our previous Fastspring store.

Once you're in, you should see your account that looks like this

Click the file name which will be highlighted in blue. A ZIP download should begin, where you can then install the extension.

If you’re stuck in a sign-in loop, you might have an older account from our previous store (for customers who subscribed before March 2025).
