Having trouble checking out

If you’re unable to complete checkout, it’s usually due to one of the reasons below.

1. Checkout blocked (email needs whitelisting)

In some cases, checkout is blocked due to an automated security check by our payment provider, FastSpring.


This is not an issue with your card or account.


To proceed, you’ll need to contact FastSpring directly to request email whitelisting.



2. Checkout not loading or popup not appearing

If clicking checkout doesn’t open anything, the checkout popup may be blocked on your system (often due to browser settings, extensions, or privacy blockers).

3. Payment rejected

If your payment is rejected, this is usually due to:


  • Insufficient funds
  • Card restrictions
  • Bank or card issuer limitations

Please try again using a different card or payment method.

4. Payments not available in your country

FastSpring does not support payments from every country due to international regulations and compliance requirements.
