Payment not available in your country

Akrivi uses FastSpring as our merchant of record to handle payments, taxes, and compliance.


Due to international regulations and payment restrictions, FastSpring does not support payments from some countries, including China. When this happens, checkout may be unavailable or blocked.


Unfortunately, this is not something Akrivi can override or manually process.


What you can do

If you’re unable to complete checkout, your next step is to contact FastSpring directly to ask about supported payment options in your country.

FastSpring can confirm:

  • Whether payments are supported in your country
  • If any alternative payment methods are available

Important to know

  • Akrivi cannot accept payments outside of FastSpring
  • We cannot manually invoice or process payments
  • Country restrictions are set by FastSpring for compliance reasons

If FastSpring is unable to support your payment, there is currently no alternative payment method available.
