Akrivi uses FastSpring as our merchant of record.
FastSpring handles all payments, invoices, and tax-related matters.
Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or assist with:
- Invoices or receipts
- VAT or sales tax
- Tax exemptions
- Invoice name or address updates
View your invoices
You can view and download your invoices at any time by logging into your account:
https://akrivi.onfastspring.com/account
If you’re an existing user, stuck in a sign-in loop, or you purchased between November 1st, 2023 and July 12th, 2025, you may be a subscriber of our previous Fastspring store. Try logging in here: https://gridit.onfastspring.com/account
- Sign in to your account
- Go to the Orders tab
- Select Order Invoice

Akrivi does not have access to invoice or tax details and cannot make changes on your behalf.
All invoice and tax requests must be handled directly by FastSpring.
