How to fix a blank Akrivi plugin
If you’ve just installed an Akrivi plugin and the extension opens blank, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix.

This issue is commonly caused by:
- Older Akrivi extensions still on your machine
- Adobe Illustrator not being fully closed during installation
Follow the steps below carefully.
Step 1: Uninstall the extensions
In the top right of the extension, click the menu button to proceed to 'Uninstall'

Once you have selected 'Uninstall' and followed the prompts, close Adobe Illustrator.
Then, go to the extensions folder location to remove any Akrivi folders you may see:
- Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/
- Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\
Step 2: Restart your computer
Restarting ensures all cached extension data is cleared before reinstalling.
Step 3: Re-download and install the plugins
