Error 28 - Network Adapter Issue
If you encounter Error 28 when launching the tool, it is typically caused by a disabled network adapter or an unstable internet connection.
This is a common issue on Windows systems and stems from a malfunctioning or “broken” network adapter.
Please note that this is a Windows-related problem and not caused by our tools.

Step 1: Check your internet connection
Make sure you’re securely connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) before opening the extension.
Step 2: Check your internet connection
Sometimes your network adapters may be disabled, which prevents the software from verifying your system properly.
Use the guides below to check and re-enable them:

- How to enable or disable Wi-Fi/Ethernet adapters (Windows Central)
Step 3: Try another device
If you’re still having trouble, try installing the extension on another device to see if the issue persists.
Still having issues?
If the issue persists, unfortunately we are unable to provide further assistance, as this is a Windows-related problem outside our control. While a full factory reset of your machine may resolve the issue, we do not recommend this unless absolutely necessary.
