How to Create Logo Presentations

Akrivi Studio allows you to generate professional logo presentations for up to three logo concepts, making it easy to present your work to clients.

Follow the steps in this guide to create your logo presentation.

1. Add your designer details

Open the Designer tab and enter your information:

  • Designer logo
  • Designer name
  • Email address
  • Brand fonts
  • Brand colours

These details will be applied on relevant pages in your presentation - more specific, at the end and the beginning.

2. Add your logo concepts

Open the Concepts tab.

Start by entering your client's brand name.

Next, add your first logo concept:

  • Logo
  • Fonts
  • Brand colours

To add another concept, click Add Concept and repeat the process.

You can present:

  • Minimum: 1 concept
  • Maximum: 3 concepts

3. Choose a presentation template

Open the Templates tab.

Select the presentation template you would like to use.

The selected template will be highlighted with a blue outline.

Once you've chosen a template, click Generate.

Your presentation will now be created automatically.

4. Remove pages you don't need

After generating your presentation, open the Pages tab.

All templates include the same core sections, so you can remove any pages that aren't needed for your project.

Select the pages you want to remove, then click Delete Selected Pages.

Important

Some pages appear only once in the presentation, such as:

  • Goal
  • Brand Attributes
  • Brand Personality

Deleting these pages removes only that single page.

Other pages exist for every logo concept, such as the Logo Equation page.

Deleting one of these will remove the corresponding page from all generated concepts.

5. Applying changes

After deleting pages, you may choose to click Apply Changes.

In some cases, you may notice content reappear within the document. This content does not appear on the presentation artboards and will not affect your final presentation.

If you'd like to confirm this, preview your presentation. If necessary, you can manually remove any unused content before presenting to your client.
