Tools Not Generating

If a tool is not generating correctly (e.g. logo grids, brand guidelines, or missing elements), the issue is usually related to how the logo is prepared.

Most Akrivi tools work in a similar way — they read your logo as the input before generating outputs.

For this to work correctly, your logo must be grouped.

Important:

Before using any generator, make sure your logo is fully grouped in Adobe Illustrator.

If the logo is not grouped, the tool may:

• Fail to generate
• Generate incomplete results
• Miss elements/ automation steps

Logo Grid Generator not generating

Problem:

The tool does not generate a grid, or nothing happens after clicking generate.

Solution:

• Ensure your logo is selected
• Make sure the logo is fully grouped
• Remove any locked or hidden elements

• Try regrouping:

  → Select all elements → Right click → Group

• Run the generator again

Brand Guidelines Generator not generating

Problem:

The brand guidelines do not generate. Automation steps not complete or sections are missing.

Solution:

• Ensure your logo is selected and grouped
• Check that your logo is made up of vector elements (not raster images)
• Remove any unnecessary or hidden layers

• Regroup your logo:

  Only select the entire logo → Right click → Group

• Try generating again
