Reverify error (license issue)
If you see a “Reverify” message inside an Akrivi tool, this indicates a license verification issue on our backend.
This is not something you can fix on your end. It typically happens when a license has been upgraded, transferred, or recently changed.
What to do
If you’re seeing a 'Reverify' message:

Contact us so we can resolve this manually
Once we receive your email, we’ll:
- Update or re-sync your license key on our side
- After the fix, you may be asked to reinstall the tools to complete the process.
Important to know
- Reinstalling the tools before we update your license will not fix the issue
- Deactivating and reactivating the license will not resolve it
- This issue must be handled by Akrivi
